Well, we know that the stimulative effect of food stamp programs is far higher than that of tax cuts for people will seven-figure incomes.

So, if you eliminate those tax cuts, and use the money to pay for an expanded food stamp program, that will have a stimulative effect on the economy.

Any effect is better than no effect at all, right?
