yep. The donks said GW was cutting programs, ummm…NO! The increase was 7% compared to 14%, so the donks said it was a 50% cut! Assholes.

Not that GWB will ever go down in history as a fiscal conservative. When John Kerry was attacking him for spending in 2004 we were pretty well screwed either way.
