I like the cream number, but the skirt looks awful, and that blue thing is rather casual for the occasion, and isn’t buttoned right or maybe it’s just “the edgy look :-)

The cream cardi is nice - but not the way she wears it! Its the wrong length - and the skirt is just yuck, no matetr how many $$$$ she shelled out for it.
The other one is just plain awful - even though it might well be cashmere.
Thing is, WAB hasn’t got a clue about how to wear a cardi, probably never done so in her life!
Well, its a peculiarly British habit - we know all about how to wear which one when - and ffs, there are such things a shrugs and pashminas!
As for dirndl skirts on women over forty - OMG!
