Americans are over-medicated in general. I have facebook ‘friends’ who sit up at night complaining that their Ambien isn’t working (turn off the fucking computer and lights and lie down). I understand that insomnia sucks…the chemical cures aren’t much better.

Depends on the person too!

I’ve never had a problem sleeping, so I really don’t understand how people suffer with it.
