As it stands right now, the video doesn’t make the Rep. look good at all and should put him in line for criminal charges. Let’s see what the rest of that video shows - and it might show that the Rep. was somehow accosted and he was protecting himself, but he should have known better than to assault the videographer - since it would be shown on tape.

At a minimum, poor judgment on his part because he knew or should have known that the video would be cut to make him look in as bad a light as possible.
