My daughter has been dealing with Wells Fargo Mortgage and they are nuttier than hell. Check this out.

She’s married, a 2-year-old, husband an electrician so not enough work, she’s a pediatric occupational therapist in business for herself and lost 3/4 of her private pay patients in the last few months, so they got behind in their payments. We had helped, but she didn’t want to ask for more from us…

Anyway, she has a patient (child) who “they” had said would never write, etc. etc. but she managed to help him perform waaaaaay beyond what “they” had said he would. She tells my daughter about a man in their church who, along with his 2 partners, sold their electronics company several years ago and made a fortune… and he likes to help good people in need, so she tells him about my daughter’s family. He writes a check for nearly $7,000 and attempts to overnight it but can’t because the address they’ve given is a P.O. Box, so he mails it first class and Wells Fargo claims it’s 2 days late, they have held it in suspension (for a week, so far) while they “decide what to do”, and they’re piling on (thus far) $1,700 in legal fees (they’ve sent one letter from the legal dept.) and heaven only knows what else they’ll come up with.

Amazing to me.
