Really frustrating that nobody in that Appeals Court hearing mentioned the fact that the EO specifically exempts minority religions within the named countries. Why exempt minority faiths if the explicit intent isn’t to single out muslims for exclusion?

And if it is for our protection, why are none of those seven countries ones that had any even peripheral involvement with 9/11?
