Good morning. The Somali Pirates are apparently now looking for a way out, that will not involve jail time according to a Somali Maritime expert.
If they give up Captain Phillips do we keep a bargain not to arrest them?
Remember, the pirates reneged on a deal to exchange Phillips for a hostage pirate when they got their guy back.

No jail time is fine with me…….
Davy Jones locker is the place for them.
