Arrests of IRGC have been alleged, claiming that some of them refused to take orders to go after Mousavi’s demonstrators.

Not confirmed.

If true, it would suggest that IRGC and Ahmadinejad is in trouble; which would further explain why it’s alleged that Hizbullah thugs and Basji were imported to deal with the demonstrators. Ahmadinejad wasn’t too trusting of the IRGC.
