He never said that. That is how Cognito works - a demand for specifics without giving specifics followed by a demand for context without ceding context to the person he is lecturing. Re-read the thread. That is his act.

When lawyers and interrogators do it to witnesses it is called “badgering”.

Cognito is much smarter than most of us understand, and certainly more intelligent than he ought to be.
