I’m confused, she was sent to England via the Kindertransport and lost all but 2 of her family at Auschwitz. That’s not considered a Holocaust survivor? What is she and all the others like her considered then?

Holocaust refugees. A survivor is someone who lived through the camps or in hiding on nazi-controlled territory.
