If Biden resigns or is otherwise incapable of serving his term, a new VP would be nominated with Congressional approval. I already suspect Biden will resign due to “health” and I also suspect this was why Hillary accepted the role of Sect of State- she’ll be VP yet.

I suspect Biden will resign, as well, but I would not put Hillary Clinton a heartbeat away from the presidency. Especially if it was my heartbeat we were talking about.
