You’ve got a SEAL staging area at Dubai. Load a bunch on C-130’s, 1600 miles to the target area 6-7 hours, HALO or HAHO on to the containers (they’ve trained for that).

I’d bet you bottom dollar the op plans for that kind of mission are on file in the Pentagon. If the Admin got off the stick it could have happened the first day.
