So to save an estimated $12 a YEAR will entail creating a new governmental oversight bureaucracy that will cost the average driver probably that much in a month, if not more. Why is the only solution so many people propose for a problem is yet even more government.

Man, I am SO glad I left that state 15 years ago and moved back to my home state of Washington. At least sometimes the entrenched permanent political class here gets a clue about what it means to be a tax paye.
