Where is the threatening behavior? “Hi Congressman, how are you” doesn’t sound threatening to me.

Neither of us were there, in these parts walking up to a stranger & sticking an “object in their face” can also be considered assault and considering the current climate the folks in Washington are a little jumpy these days. I don’t think this is going to yield any kind of charges. I could be wrong & we shall see.
