Some people should be taxed on their ss benefits
especially if they have lots of other income
Taxing ss benefits is a back door way to means testing
The Threshold limits should be appropriate (ie higher than they are)

Lift the cap on taxes but keep it in the benefit calculation. Make millionaires pay their fair share.
