Just because HE WON doesn’t mean he gets to change the foundations of the country, he has laws he has to work within, not run over.

Not according to the media-prescribed and endorsed Castro/Chavez/Allende paradigm of democracy-from-the-barrel-of-a-gun, under which a “democratically elected” caudillo president can do anything he likes.
The media culture identifies with charismatic leaders, while faceless collective bodies like congresses, supreme courts, etc. lack media presence. Explains a lot.
