Part of the problem is some of these examples are not “unborn life”. They are not viable and are certain to die *and* may kill the mother too.

If the “unborn” have rights you want to protect, so does the actual existing mother.

Her rights are not subservient. They are coequal and must be balanced against the nonviable.

Or are you fine with my freedom to swing my fists NOT ending where your nose begins?

Let’s not ever use that. A feuts cannot and should not ever be coequal to its host.
