The missing link is the 50% who do not vote.

The enableing was done after the 2008 election by the RINO’S IN THE SENATE.

Fix two things, its done.

We just had elections here in South Africa. Something like 80% of eligible people registered to vote. Of that we had a 77% turn out. Not to bad.
