Okay, I found links from Soros’s foundation to HRW:

However, Mandy, given that Herbert and Marion Sandler’s foundation are the main source of funding for HRW, and Soros’s foundation is just one of many that support HRW, why is Soros singled out?

Herbert and Marion Sandler are real live progressives, by the way. Like, really, not just normal liberals that other people call progressives.

The fact that the funding is clearly posted and includes the Ford Foundation, the Carnegie Foundation and other main stream groups, it seems a silly point. Of course Fox just picked out Soros from the list.
