You’re assuming they would already have their subs and ships at sea. And they have enough targets that if we went after their ASM batteries, they’d have time to evacuate the nuclear facilities.

No, I’m assuming the US Navy and Air Force could make short work of Iranian subs and ships, should they be perceived as a threat.

Also, the Bagua doctrine would not attempt to bomb their nuclear facilities with personnel inside. We can issue them an ultimatum, and give them time to evacuate all personnel.

I don’t see Iran going kamakazi, they would want to keep their regime and military intact.
