I don’t see much in the Fox story that isn’t coming directly from Lt. Col Tony Shaffer.

It strikes me as being odd that Fox News now thinks it’s OK for the people to assess our national security posture and/or history based on a book, hearsay, and unnamed sources. All of which traditionally stood for a conspiracy or trutherism. This is also after the DoD destroyed copies of Shaffer’s book. This would have been unheard of during the Bush White House years.
