But these aren’t necessarily poor people , given how convoluted the tax code is. They may be above the poverty line. And if they are, they should pay at least some income tax, in the interests of fairness.

How about we worry more about these guys paying taxes…

GE and Exxon pay no Fed income tax for 2009…
