One vote per delegation only applies if no-one won the electoral college. If the Democrats win the House, they can certify the results if the Democrat won the EC. Question will be if Roberts joins the 4 other Rightwing Justices in throwing out the popular vote based on “massive voter fraud”, or if he will recognize that such a judicial coup could result in Civil War.

Throw up enough smoke and mud to try and keep the EC total below showing a winner would be Trump’s play I think.

And yeah, we would have a massive civil split if it came to that. It would be bad enough that no matter who came out on top, several states might simply declare they do not recognize the president.
