On that point I agree, but it is generally the rational and educated who make the laws and administer the policies that govern our class rooms and all the conduct inside them.

The people who started the Discovery Institute are not stupid. They are highly educated people- they just have an agenda to promote. There are educated politicians who are promoting ID as well. Education isn’t the line in the sand that stops these people. They’re driven by dogma and ideology.
