I think what you are seeing is a big difference between Democrats and The Left.

The Left is generally anti-war. But the Democratic party wants the middle, and if Republicans start going isolationist (because the wrong guy is commander in chief) and they cede the pro-military platform to dems… then that’s more centrism and reasonable voters they have abandoned.

the same can be said for the GOP and the far right…be fair…the far right is rockin right now, but it won’t last imo…there are millions of moderate conservatives out there and we have to wait and see how it turns
