However, you’re still wrong to say that nobody knows what’s going to happen, anywhere. We have various scenarios, and we know what’s going to happen within certain limits, to certain probabilities. We may not be able to say that we’ll lose exactly X acres of farmland and have exactly X less potable water, but we can estimate the amount probabilistically.

And methane outgassing faster than expected is a very, very, very, very, very bad thing. It cannot really be overstated how bad this is.
