If the information they sent me is true they have a staff of like 7 or 8 people to resolve complaints. That’s it. Took them more than a week to respond to me to begin with; then they wanted my response back in 24 hours. I couldn’t e-mail them the information, I have to FAX it to them. I don’t have a FAX machine. I’ll get it settled sooner or later, but it’s a mess right now.
I think theres an inexpensive program you can add to your puter so you can fax.
