Hmm, wasn’t Gold Key the publisher whose output was so locked into the 10-14 year-old boy market that they essentially republished the same stories/comics every 8-10 years since they knew that their market had aged out and been replaced by a totally new group of consumers?

(And since they’re not around anymore it was obviously not a good long-term strategy.)

Yup, Gold Key. They had a few major franchises like Lost in Space, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, and Man from U.N.C.L.E.
