Yes. The Fourth Amendment has been effectively eviscerated over the last 25 years, and anything the police want, they get when it comes to getting a warrant or especially when it comes to beating the shit out of you and then charging you with resisting arrest after the fact. (The police in this case ‘seized her house and prevented her or her son from entering it when she demanded a search warrant)
