Aw. Now I’m all sad. I had a little black kitty I’d gotten from the pound, and he had a heart murmur. He died from complications from a urinary infection, caused by Struvite crystal formation in his kidneys and bladder.

I was dirt poor at the time and could only afford the cheapest food and I’ve always felt guilty because of that. The cheap food is what made his PH balance off, which is what made the crystals grow. I didn’t know that, but it hardly matters.

I felt like shit about it. Still do.
