We make so many big big planes with so many many bolts, you have to expect things to fall off occasionally.

Look, the probability of a door flying off in mid-flight is very, very low. I mean, it could happen, and that would be terrible, but do we really want to spend an extra five seconds double-checking those bolts when it could cost us time and our shareholders money?
