I do end up throwing an awful lot of stuff out but thats only because I like cooking so much. The leftovers often just end up dieing of old age unless I hit a lazy spell in cooking new stuff or can’t palm them off on one of my Condo neighbors.

(Not that getting the neighbors to take stuff is usually that hard, I am the only one here with a grill on my patio, and in Florida for goodness sakes! How did I end up surrounded by non-barbecueing heathen in my retirement?)
