The CEO that The One “asked” to step down was not part of the initial problem.

Even if he was, The One’s “request” was out of line. GM’s acceding to it was even more so.

In the same sense that referring to “managerial capitalism” does not make it anything but syndicalist socialism.

/If the CEO needed to go, that’s what stockholders’ meetings are for.

And syndicalist socialism is but one thing, and known by a much better name. It was used extensively in Italy in the 1920s and 1930s, and then followed up in Germany in the 1930s. It’s more popular name is fascism. BHO is dangerously close to being a fascist, economically speaking.
