I was discriminating a little. I put Israel up top with everyone else because they’ve demonstrated their level of professionalism in a virtual war zone for 50 years. They’re hard to beat in experience and traininging. Up till 10 years ago I would have argued they had the best air force in the world.

Actually, I’ve been disappointed in their army’s performance in their last two serious outings. From what I’ve seen, they’ve deteriorated. Oh, they’re not third tier, but based on performances both in Lebanon and in Gaza I’m not sure I consider them top tier either.
