I suspect Biden will resign, as well, but I would not put Hillary Clinton a heartbeat away from the presidency. Especially if it was my heartbeat we were talking about.

I wouldn’t either, but I still can’t figure out why she took the SoS job. An agreed upon arrangement for a later promotion seems possible.
