Probably hovering in the 1600-2000 range, but I have not been seriously counting. It drives me up a wall and I can’t sustain it long term.

When I cook, I tend to aim for recipes in the 600 calorie for a meal range.

If you count it up, you may be in for a surprise. I was amazed how hard it is to stay below 2000 calories, not to mention how many calories are in things like nuts.
