True. They beat him about the head and shoulders but he didn’t spill until they threatened worse. I know that criminal defendants in the US have a lot more protections than the rest of the planet (generally and I’m not complaining) but can this be legal in Germany? From what I understand there wasn’t any doubt that he was the kidnapper so I assume that played a role.
