Shotguns don’t work that way. Use one indoors and the shot cone and wad will quite happily chew its way through two sheets of drywall into the kid’s bedroom next door. They’re not magic weapons — a typical #6 shot pattern is about 3 feet at 75 yards, at indoor distances the cone will be not much wider than the muzzle.
