He should have grabbed the BP execs and a few top scientists and locked them in a room with him presiding, and said ’ You have a week to get a handle on this, and if you can’t, we’re coming in’. Even if technically this is not workable, he has shown very little passion aside from the fit of pique he displayed with the ’ plug the damn hole’.
