There would be nothing unconstitutional about Obama expressing his opinion on the matter. The constitutional question would arise if he were try to enforce it.

The fact that I’m defending the idea that the POTUS should support the constitutions protection of freedom of religion on a conservative blog seems odd to me, but I’ll drop it.
