The Saudis burn bibles and all non muslim religious items they confiscate, yet no one even thinks to say that they risk elevating the threat of Saudis citizens being killed for those actions.

If the Saudi Military were in control of the U.S. and trying to quell an insurgency led by fundamentalist Christians, it might be an apt comparison. As it is, this just sounds like a call for us to lower ourselves to their level.
