I had a rat one winter who tried to make a home in my nice, warm car, right near the heater element. He got stuck, and died. I went out to the car one day, turned the heater on and about passed out.

It took the dealer 4 days and a complete ripping out of my dashboard to find and get rid of the varmint.

My neighbor as a kid ask me (as her Mr. Fix-it while her hubby was at sea) to investigate a foul odor in her kitchen. A rat had crawled into her electric oven and had become a conductor-so to speak. Rotten roasted rat is a pretty foul odor.
