Heh. I don't mind the kneading but thought maybe somebody would be interested in a less labor intensive bread.

I originally went looking for a nice crusty, country style bread recipe as I don't use my KitchenAid stand mixer nearly as much as I should and winter is a great time for cooking bread, but then I ran across some no-knead recipes and got distracted by them. Their interior texture looks like exactly what I had in mind.
