White Nationalist-Linked Immigration “Expert” Now Writing for Politico

Disgusting
Media • Views: 21,757

Remember Jason Richwine, the Heritage Foundation analyst who published articles on a repulsive white nationalist website, and was forced to resign from Heritage when it came to light? The guy who argued in his Harvard thesis that America should discourage immigration by non-whites because their IQs are lower?

Well, he may have been too radioactive for the Heritage Foundation (amazingly), but Jason Richwine now has a byline at Politico: Opinion: Why Can’t We Talk About IQ? - Jason Richwine.

I’m not going to quote from this tendentious piece; I’m just going to ask: what the hell is wrong with Politico? Are there so few decent writers that they need to pull from the white supremacist pool now?

That’s it exactly. They just did this for publicity and page views. That’s why these RW writers can bounce from site to site to site. They just bring the same core audience with them, helping to financially boost whatever site their garbage is on that particular week.

OT: I hate DirecTV.

I had cancelled my account with them and knew an outstanding balance was due, instead of allowing me to pay it when I planned to, they just helped themselves to almost $200 out of my bank account with no warning to me whatsoever.

Their customer agreement states in fact that if there is an outstanding balance on your account, they will use ANY on-file payment method that’s ever been used to try and collect. That means if your buddy paid your bill for you one month, he or she might end up on the hook for charges later.

On the plus side, it does feel good to have finally “cut the cord”. Netflix and online have filled the gap easily.

So apparently, Bryan Fischer is a homosexual expert according to the Russians.

Voice of Russia: Russia not homophobic, it’s homorealistic - expert

VOR also spoke with Bryan Fischer, head of the American Family Association, who has a different view on the situation.

“Russia is not being homophobic, it’s homorealistic - the Russian government is trying to take the issue into consideration and establish public policy to contribute to public health, as this lifestyle is not be promoted, endorsed or granted special legal protection”, the expert said, warning of high health risks linked to this lifestyle.

He cites the Center for Disease Control that has monitored the HIV epidemic since 1987 and determined that 61% of HIV-positive males had sexual contacts with other males.

“Homosexual behavior is just as risky as drug abuse,” Fischer said.

” I think the Russian government is right to be concerned with propaganda on teenagers who are at the age of struggling through sexual identity issue and we should help to channel these urges in productive behavior. Heterosexuality is God’s design. Policies that encourage young people to think this are good ideas.”

Though same-sex marriages are becoming common all across the world, it doesn’t mean that this idea is popular and everybody supports it, Fischer said.

“Homosexual behavior damages the body and soul. We love homosexuals enough to tell them the truth.”

Richard Feynman supposedly said “If you think you understand quantum mechanics, you don’t understand quantum mechanics.” The same could easily be said for intelligence. More so, since the worst you get out of misunderstanding QM is quantum woo (see: Deepak Chopra), but misunderstanding intelligence leads to odiously racists policy suggestions from the likes of Richwine.

Just to be clear on this, Russia apparently passed a law that makes it illegal — a criminal offense — to ‘promote homosexual or non-traditional relations’. FischFace approves of this.

Jack Bolton is a huge Carolina Panthers fan. Thanks to the Make-a-Wish foundation, the 8-year old signed a one-day deal to be the Panthers’ head coach on Fan Fest on Sunday. Jack’s day started with the usual head coach headache as Steve Smith immediately started badgering him for a bigger part in the offense. His day ended with Cam Newton asking for an autograph. In between he spent his day getting high fives and fist bumps and even having coach Ron Rivera read a speech he wrote to the entire team.

OK, but it still gets eyes on the writing and that can, and often does for wingnuts at least, lead to a payday. Sigh. I just wish that at some point being a dick wasn’t some sort of goal to strive for. I want the good guys to win more often.

One of Richwine’s little nuggets in the linked article was this gem, regarding the odious Bell Curve by Herrnstein and Murray.

“As a consequence, the interesting policy implications explored by Herrnstein and Murray were lost in the firestorm.”

There are no interesting policy implications in the Bell Curve. Its sole purpose is to give cover for people to act on racist impulses.
