‘Revenge Porn’ Caveman Gets 18 Years, Chuck C. Johnson Supports Him

The Ginger Avenger thinks revenge porn is groovy
US News • Views: 29,659

Kevin Bollaert was sentenced yesterday to 18 years in prison for running a horrific “revenge porn” site where hateful cretins could post explicit images of their ex-wives and ex-girlfriends.

Kevin Christopher Bollaert, a Web developer, posted the pictures and then charged women from $300 to $350 to have the pictures removed. He was convicted in February of multiple felony counts of identity theft and extortion.

Bollaert was ordered to pay $15,000 in restitution to his victims and a $10,000 fine. Bollaert will be allowed to serve the sentence in a county jail rather than state prison under the judge’s ruling.

And guess who immediately came out strongly in favor of what Bollaert was doing?

This isn’t surprising, because Chuck C. Johnson was openly discussing setting up a blackmail/extortion site of his own recently.

Hey, Chuck? That’s a great idea! I think you should definitely pursue it.

I’m wondering that, too. Even went back to make sure the sentence was 18 years and not 18 months. Are county jails set up to handle long term inmates?

4 Justanotherhuman  Apr 4, 2015 11:38:58am

Felt sorry for yourself, did you, facing all that jail time? You sure didn’t feel sorry for your victims when you humiliated and extorted money from them.

“The sentencing of Kevin Bollaert ended an all-day hearing where a number of victims told of the humiliation inflicted by his website. Bollaert burst into tears as he listened to testimony from his mother and victims.”

No. And he could possibly meet up with a male friend or relative of any of his victims. That would be awkward and could be dangerous.

WTF? Why is he being allowed to serve an 18 year sentence in the jail instead of prison, where anyone else doing that amount of time would be?

We have a pain pill mill doctor serving his state prison sentence in our local county lockup. Our county jail gets paid to house non-violent out-of-county prisoners.
In this particular case, it’s not white privilege (the doctor is black), it’s just business. He’s also part of the local supervised work-release group (he worked at our local food pantry when I was involved there). O_o

My county jail does this all the time. Most of the prisoners there are long state sentences for non-violent (usually drug-related) crime. Most of them are not local people.

That’s the complete opposite of how things are done in Virginia. Here the jails try to get the people in the Department of Corrections’ custody as soon as possible so they don’t have to deal with them. DOC will, usually, only take custody of prisoners with above a year of active sentence but has to pay the jail their costs for any convicted felon once a sentencing order has been entered into the court records and transmitted to DOC.

Yep. Here in Kentucky it’s a huge money-maker for county jails to house state prisoners. HUGE money.

How is “revenge porn” a technological advance? It is a disgusting side effect of technology, not an advance. While I do understand there are those who are wary of the ruling and the implications it might have on future free speech, this monster was extorting women, making them pay for him to remove their photos. I feel justice was served in this case.

I also think anyone must have some pretty distorted views on women to think what he was doing was OK.

We found the bag at Unclaimed Baggage in Prague Airport. It was never “on the truck” as KLM kept insisting. The bag arrived on a later flight from Amsterdam and they just stuck it in the Unclaimed locker.

We were reunited with the lost bag just before our flight to Tel Aviv after a somewhat Kafkaesque runaround, which was actually out-Kafka’ed by our experience at the Budget rental car counter at Ben Gurion airport.

Is it wrong to dream of Chuckles C. Johnson doing something real screwed up to end up serving 18 years in some prison???

55 Shiplord Kirel  Apr 4, 2015 12:42:58pm

How crazy will the RWNJs get?

Here’s serious stone age superstition at World Nut Daily (via donotlink):
‘Mystic’ rabbi issues ominous warning on eve of blood moon

A rare alignment of four blood moons and a total solar eclipse unfolding during a Shemitah year and on biblical feast days, has a Jewish rabbi in Israel asking for special prayer.

And issuing an ominous warning.

Rabbi Amram Vaknin, described as a “mystic rabbi living in southern Israel,” is urging all Jews to pray and repent as the third Blood Moon of a tetrad cycle approaches, according to a report in Breaking Israel News.

Vaknin is not easily dismissed because he reportedly predicted the events of the Gaza flotilla and the Carmel forest fire in 2010, the Operations Pillar of Defense of 2012 and Protective Edge of 2014.

He warns that Israel is facing great judgment and potential danger at this time, according to the report.

The rabbi’s concerns have a lot to do with the number 44 and the current U.S. president.

One of Vaknin’s students, Gil Nachman, spoke to Breaking Israel News and, quoting the rabbi, explained that the numeric value of the Hebrew word for blood, dam, which is 44, alludes to the 44th president of the United States.

Of course it does.

These cretins apparently have no idea that “blood moons” can be predicted many thousands, perhaps millions, of years in advance.

I am an evil person, because in a second I will reduce your IQ by several points. Here it goes:

Vaknin believes that only 44 plus one, or 45, can counter the danger represented by the blood moons. This, he says, is Adam, or Man, which in this case refers to the Messiah.

“Blood Moons” author, Pastor Mark Biltz, said he agrees with Vaknin’s numerology.

“Because when you add the letter aleph to dam you get adam and aleph has a numeric value of one,” Biltz told WND.

Shrug they don’t think it through when they post these memes. Not true. The traditional definition of racism does not depend on class or dominance. It’s simply racial prejudice. While some American sociologists tried to redefine the common term in their works, this redefinition is only valid in their milieu, because the traditional definition hasn’t somehow vanished.

Definition of racism in English:
noun

[MASS NOUN]
1Prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one’s own race is superior:
a programme to combat racism

SYNONYMS
1.1The belief that all members of each race possess characteristics, abilities, or qualities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races:

White people (my experience for many years now has been in the south) often cannot understand why Black folks sometimes hurt their little fee-fees, either by not being friendly to them or rejecting an attempt to put them in some kind of box (such as the “right” kind of Black person). When you can’t treat another person as just another human being like yourself, and the people you have always cultivated, to be natural with them, you deny the humanity of that person who can be very attuned to your overtures when you treat them with “kid gloves” because they know those kid gloves can hide claws.

The redefined term amounts to “prejudice + power”. With “power” being even more difficult than “dominant culture”. Because what the dominant culture is is clear on the intuitive level. But what is power? Does the local and or temporary power count, for example?

158 Blind Frog Belly White  Apr 4, 2015 2:33:18pm

The problem seems to be that Deray McKesson is using racism to denote a different concept, which perhaps lacks single word. He is, however, not the only person to use racism to denote that concept. I wish he’d define the concept, rather than using the word and claiming it has only one meaning, which differs from the standard one.

He may be quite correct, that he cannot be what he calls racist, but there’s nothing preventing him from being what the dictionary calls racist.

And that’s not lack of sensitivity, or ‘sounding like someone from the South’ or ‘you have to live here to understand’. It’s word usage.

i think most wingnuts arent actually racists, in a sense which i like to call ‘biological racism’, which rather conforms to the definition you cite

i think most wingnuts, however, are prejudiced:

prejudice
[prej-uh-dis]

noun
1. an unfavorable opinion or feeling formed beforehand or without knowledge, thought, or reason.

2. any preconceived opinion or feeling, either favorable or unfavorable.

3. unreasonable feelings, opinions, or attitudes, especially of a hostile nature, regarding an ethnic, racial, social, or religious group.

they dont, i think, actually believe that all black people are biologically inferior; rather, they believe that ‘black culture’ is inferior, and assume that a black person partakes of it until proven otherwise

Anyone who thinks of a whole race as somehow bad *is* asserting this race’s inferiority, so that automatically counts as racism, regardless of that person’s position. “Superiority” is not laser eyes or megabrains.

Sorry, bullshit. It’s not an incomplete thought. It is exactly what he meant. And he expanded on his thought in many tweets. You are apparently very unaware of the whole issue around the definition of racism. Bluntly asserting that racism depends on power (a newer def many sociologists in the US use) AND that all other definitions are incorrect, and therefore people of color cannot be racist/only whites can be racist and variations thereof, has been a phenomenon among some progressives already for some time. So inform yourself better next time.
