Via frequent LGF contributor wheat-dogg, here’s federal judge William H. Orrick’s order denying Chuck C. Johnson’s motion to quash the subpoena served him by the National Abortion Federation, and ordering him to show up for deposition. (“Or else,” he didn’t need to add.)

Johnson now has until the week of November 16 to turn over to the NAF all materials related to the leaked Planned Parenthood “sting” videos published by Johnson at his website and YouTube.

Chuck Johnson is basically not winning any of his legal battles. Also coming up for Chuck: Gawker’s latest response in the defamation lawsuit Chuck filed against them, on November 12. So this is going to be quite a busy month for the horrible troll.
