Ted Cruz Wins the Prize for Most Revolting Grovel of the Day

Politics • Views: 28,518

What sort of low-down groveling sycophant would suck up to Donald Trump even after Trump attacked his wife’s looks and accused his father of being involved in the assassination of JFK?

Ted Cruz, of course, setting new standards for bootlicking crap weasels everywhere.

You might want to have an air sickness bag handy if you click through to read this pile of suck. This is where the Republican Party has ended up in the Trump era.

He got a few things right, Trump was a grenade tossed into Washington by a lot of disgruntled voters upset with the status quo.
But blowing things up is generally not a good way to fix things.
Especially if that grenade has no experience in public service, has clandestine and unrevealed connections with foreign governments and very little idea of the limits of his power and authority to act.

Ted Cruz: “President Trump is doing what he was elected to do: disrupt the status quo. That scares the heck out of those who have controlled Washington for decades, but for millions of Americans, their confusion is great fun to watch.”

Destroying State Department capabilities to own the libs.

Ted is the textbook definition of a cuck. What a sad pathetic little man that sold out his father, wife, and spine just for an awful subhuman scumbag like Trump. Pathetic. I would say his wife and father deserve better…..but, they don’t.

So Cruz, who is in a surprisingly close race for re-election, has chosen to lick the Trump boots. If that doesn’t get the Latinx vote to the polls, I dont know what will. He really is that bigoted and dumb, isn’t he?

Maybe going after McCabe backfires and his lawyers end up making the case he is being targeted and was used for the obstruction going on with the Mueller investigation.

So far many of the GOP tactics end up like Wile E. Coyote with broken limbs and black powder burns.

Indeed. Watch out foot, the gun’s been drawn.

IMO, Cruz groveling to Trump like this is evidence that Trumpism is likely to be a long term thing in the Republican party.

Cruz is motived by only one thing — his personal quest for power. If that means toadying to Trump to better appeal to the deplorables, so be it.

Chao’s actually about the only one in Trumpworld who had experience in the department/agency for which they were nominated. She worked at Transportation previously.

Of course, it’s a good reminder that she’s married to McConnell.

agreed
i wasnt actually discounting her experience
just that’s not why she got the job
