By the way, this should mean that they are ineligible for any public financing.
One of the requirements of such financing is that the receiving entity show an ability to repay the publicly backed bonds.

The trial by the New York Post continues. Have you checked the property tax records of other organizations? I'm sure you will find that there are plenty of others that are late with their tax payments.

I don't even read her site. It's news.
So far all I've seen is the 'blame the messenger" and "others don't pay taxes" defenses.
And what I said about public financing is reality. They can't qualify if the bond holders have no real expectation of getting repaid.
