It would have been cool if an armed citizen(s) shot them dead on the spot as suspected terrorists, etc.

“We did mind the school posting signs,” Boyce pointed out. “We don’t don’t want to cause any trouble with that. We totally respect — there is a little bit of emotional sensitivity towards that and it’s just — we were walking the streets.”

“A little bit” of emotional sensitivity? I guess it’s nothing to get excited about, unlike the Tactical Response weirdo’s reaction to Obama supposedly coming for his assault rifles. Thanks for demonstrating to one and all just what a bunch of bug-fuck crazy freaks you really are, and to the people of Oregon that they have some absurdly outdated laws on the books that need to be changed immediately.

No matter how dumb these guys are, no matter how assholish their behavior is, death is not to be toyed with, nor to have fun with. Death is permanent, after all. Ignorance can be dispelled. Assholes can learn their behavior is not acceptable.

If they had wandered onto a military base, the MPs might have done just that. Whatever you may think of the military, they don’t jack around with lethal weapons. If an MP had challenged them, they probably would have assumed this was an Obama minion coming to trample their rights. That would have been the end of them.

Probably not “cool.” “Fitting,” maybe.

It’s a pity they were white… otherwise we would have some new gun control legislation by now.

Awesome! Who needs 21st century America with all its repressive rules & regulations when we can practice modeling ourselves after somewhere where the citizens have more freedom to keep & bear arms like Afghanistan, or Somalia or Yemen? //

Then dumb shits shouldn’t be “patrolling” the street with assault weapons. WTH do they think is going to happen?

What’s this country turning into, Somalia?

I didn’t object to pointing out what could happen to them, like Shiplord Kirel, and steve_davis did. I objected to Destro being gleeful at such disgrace happening, even if these idiots were asking for it.

The problem is that it is more than one country, and none of them like each other very much.

Their death in such a manner would have been fitting and cool.

Obesity is on the rise-- as is the incidence of Heart Disease, Diabetes, Stroke and various forms of Cancer. But only one surviving Howell torpedo was known to exist--until Navy dolphins nosed up another. The US Navy employs bottlenose dolphins to locate underwater military equipment that can't yet be detected by machines. Using their ...

Growing, Lurking Threat: ‘Paper Terrorism’
How do you stop one anti-government extremist from coordinating a trillion dollar "paper terrorism" scheme involving a raft of false financial documents, or deal with another who sues prosecutors for allegedly conspiring against him by using poor grammar? Your Weekly Peggy Noonan Three Martini Column
We are in the midst of the worst Washington scandal since Watergate. The reputation of the Obama White House has, among conservatives, gone from sketchy to sinister, and, among liberals, from unsatisfying to dangerous. No one likes what they're seeing. The Justice Department assault on the Associated Press and the ugly politicization of the Internal Revenue Service have left the administration's credibility deeply, ...

For my taste, these solos (of some 50s blues guitarists) are exemplary because what is being played seems honest and, in a musical way, a direct extension of the personality of the men who played them. -- January 1977.
